An established Shropshire family butcher is to expand by opening its second county store.
Jason Bradley of Beaman and Sons Bridgnorth (est.1890) has completed the letting of premises on the column roundabout in Shrewsbury.
A delicatessen will also form part of the new store in the county town.
The end of terrace building at 1 London Road was previously the long-time Shrewsbury home of Bathstore, the UK’s largest specialist bathroom retailer.
Amie Lingwood from Towler Shaw Roberts completed the letting.
She said: “Jason is really excited about ‘Bradley’s Butchers & Deli’ bringing a variety of quality products to the area, including local meats, cheeses, fruit and veg, as well as local ales and wines. Fresh hot and cold sandwiches will also be available to take away’
“It’s in a prime location and there was a lot of interest in the building when it became available.
“TSR also manage the shopping parade in which Bradley Butchers & Deli will be based as part of our management portfolio and it’s another exciting addition.”
