Just one suite remains available at Hadley Park East, a modern open-plan office complex comprising three properties in Telford.

The suites within Lambda House and Sigma House are now fully occupied, with just one still available to let at Quantum House.

It’s a conference-training suite which extends to 1,019 sq ft and is available to rent at £8.50 per square foot.

The four suites at Lambda House are now fully occupied by Severn Partnership, a firm of chartered land surveyors established more than 30 years ago.

Integrity Partnership, chartered certified accountants and chartered tax advisors, have taken the whole of the ground floor at Sigma House.

Purple Frog Systems Limited, who help companies manage their data, have moved to Quantum House.

Paul Williams, who handled the lettings for Towler Shaw Roberts and is marketing the final available suite at Quantum House, said: “Each of the three buildings at Hadley Park East - Quantum, Lambda and Sigma - has four suites and we are now at 92 per cent let occupation.

“Severn Partnership took three suites last year and we have now also let the final suite to them, so they occupy all of Lambda House.

“Purple Frog Systems Limited have moved to Quantum House and Integrity Partnership has taken the whole of the ground floor at Sigma House having relocated from Wellington.”

He added: “The properties, visible from the A442 Queensway dual carriageway, form part of a prestigious low-density office development of modern open-plan accommodation.”
