A family owned and operated waste management and drainage services company has completed the letting of a secure compound and premises in Hadnall.

GEWS Ltd have taken an initial 12-month lease on the premises at The Old Saw Yard, Ladymas Road in Hadnall, pictured, which forms part of the Sansaw Estate.

James Thompson, Managing Director of Sansaw Estate, said: "We have a whole spectrum of businesses on the estate, from pharmaceutical to legal services, and we are delighted to welcome GEWS Ltd to the Sansaw family."

GEWS Ltd provide a liquid waste collection and disposal service together with drainage service to domestic, commercial and industrial customers.

Amie Lingwood, who handled the letting for Towler Shaw Roberts, said: “The site has been split with GEWS Ltd, who have recently moved in, taking the secure compound and part of the extensive single storey storage building on an initial 12-month lease. They have relocated from Centurion Park in north Shrewsbury.

“The remaining premises are currently still available to let and generating a good level of interest.”

Arranged in an L-shaped configuration, the property boasts a variety of loading doors fronting the yard area with concrete flooring, strip lighting and staff facilities.
