A brand new motor/trade counter unit occupying a prominent corner position at Shrewsbury’s Vanguard Park has been sold to a local investment company.

Offers of around £760,000 had been invited for Plot 28 on the ever expanding Vanguard Trade Park in Battlefield, Shrewsbury’s principal commercial area.

The unit, which could potentially be used as a showroom, provides accommodation of 3,125 sq ft up to 6,250 sq ft.

Acting on behalf of Morris Property, Towler Shaw Roberts has sold the unit to Severn Commercial Properties Limited.

Toby Shaw, a partner at TSR, said: “It again illustrates the ready demand for units at Vanguard which continues to enjoy an excellent reputation.

“We are delighted to have sold Plot 28 to Severn Commerical Properties Limited and pleased to have been retained to let the building either as a whole or as two separate units.”
